Good morning parents, guardians, and students,
School starts at 8:30am and ends at 12:35pm.
GOOGLE CLASSROOM and SCHOOLOGY:
Please be sure to log in to your Google Classroom.
However, if your teacher is Baltierrez, Lizarraga, Kato or Vo you will be using Schoology and not Google Classroom.
Go to mymusd.schoology.com and login in with your district account.

Textbooks from Q2 will be turned in and Q3 books will be handed out on Tuesday, January 19th from 10AM to 2PM.
Not all teachers are using Textbooks. Students, please ask your teachers if you need to come to VHS to pick up books.

12+ students who are not attending will be checked out before Thanksgiving Break:
Reminder, please make sure your child is logging on to their virtual classroom and/or making arrangements with their teachers. Principal Perez will start checking out 12+ students that are not attending classes for the next three weeks.
10th, 11th, and 12th graders who are not attending classes will be referred to the District Attorney's Office:
Reminder, please make sure your child is logging on to their virtual classroom and/or making arrangements with their teachers. Students not attending classes who are under 18 years old will be SARB, and if a student continues to miss classes, SART whereupon the District Attorney's Office will be notified. It is against the law for minors not to attend school.
Credit Accrual:
Beginning Monday, November 2, 2020, Vail High School will begin Credit Accrual.
If you have failed a class, you can make it up by taking it over again in Credit Accrual after school.
Classes will start at 1:45 pm and go for one to three hours, depending on the teacher.
Classes will be taught by Mr. Kawaharada, Mrs. Kato, and Mr. DeLeon.
Please go to Counselor Google Classroom and sign up with Counselor Mr. Lopez. You must sign up by Friday, October 30, 2020. Mr. Lopez sent all students an email earlier this year. Check your emails for Counselor Google Classroom.
